General Terms and Conditions for the users of Q-Tickets WLL

a) By using or visiting the Q Tickets (mentioned as Q-Tickets) platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Q-Tickets platform.

b) By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of use, you are also agreeing to the Terms of the Q-Tickets Privacy Policy.

1.Permitted Use of the Q-Tickets platform

a) You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of Q-Tickets platform for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site for any purpose other than to review an event and its promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by QTickets WLL to do so.

b) The content and software on this site is the property of Q Tickets WLL and is protected by Qatari and international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on the Q-Tickets platform, which may not be amended or removed. You must not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.

2.Links and Search Results on the Q-Tickets platform

a) The Q-Tickets platform may include links posted by the EVENT/MOVIE/OR ANY OTHER ORGANISER or automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. To the extent permitted by law, where Q-Tickets has no control over these web sites or the content contained within them, Q-Tickets cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in third party websites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive.

b) Q-Tickets does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer in a harmful or damaging way. By using the Q-Tickets platform to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Q-Tickets for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Q-Tickets platform to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you have a problem with a link from the Q-Tickets platform, please notify us at - and we will investigate the problem you describe in your email and take actions that we deem are appropriate in our sole discretion.

3. Unauthorized Use of the Q-Tickets platform

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Q-Tickets platform, whether for unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Q-Tickets platform will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken.

4. Violation of these Terms and Conditions

a) If you violate these Terms including if you post or provide User Content which violates these Terms or has violated the rights of Q-Tickets, any other User or the law, Q-Tickets may terminate your use of the Q-Tickets platform, prevent you from making all future bookings using the Q-Tickets platform, and/or take legal action against you. Where this occurs, Q-Tickets will provide you with reasonable prior written notice that this will be implemented, together with reasons for that action being taken. If you wish to dispute that decision of Q-Tickets, you have 5 days within Q-Tickets providing its notice to you to do so and Q-Tickets will act reasonably in considering your response.

b) If you materially violate these Terms (which includes any breach of clause 6), in addition to paragraph 5(a), Q-Tickets may cancel your ticket orders in which case Q-Tickets will provide you with written notice of that cancellation together with reasons for that cancellation and will provide you with a refund of the ticket price paid by you.

c) You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Q-Tickets for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.

d) Q-Tickets may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. This is in addition to any other uses permitted under our Privacy Policy.

e) Q-Tickets is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these Terms, except as expressly set out in these Terms.

5. Q-Tickets Copyright Policy

Q-Tickets Copyright Policy You may only submit content to the Q-Tickets platform ("User Content") where you have the rights to do so. In particular, you:

a) May not use the Q-Tickets platform to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material (including articles, images, stories and software) without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so; and

b) You must ensure that the content you upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights).

6. Disclaimers

a) Q-Tickets cannot ensure that files you download from the Q-Tickets platform will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features although Q-Tickets will take steps consistent with industry practice to protect against this occurring.

b) Q-Tickets does not by these Terms exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the relevant Trade Practices Act of Qatar Laws, or equivalent state or territory legislation, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, Q-Tickets excludes all rights, remedies, conditions and warranties in respect of goods or services from your use of this site and the Q-Tickets platform whether based in statute, common law or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent possible, the following paragraphs of this clause 7 will apply.

c) Q-Tickets will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Q-Tickets platform, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

d) Q-Tickets makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of the Q-Tickets platform or use of the Q-Tickets service.

e) Q-Tickets disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Q-Tickets users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Q-Tickets platform, in connection with the Q-Tickets service or otherwise related to your use of the Q-Tickets platform and/or the Q-Tickets service. Q-Tickets is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Q-Tickets platform.

f) Without limiting the other provisions of this clause 7, you may report the misconduct of users and/or third party advertisers, service and/or product providers referenced on or included in the Q-Tickets platform to Q-Tickets at . Q-Tickets may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion.

g) "No Show" Q-Tickets cannot allow the customers to watch the movie other than booked show date and time. No Refund will be given for these tickets.

7. Payment Methods

Q-Tickets processes your payment depending upon the methods accepted by the MOVIE/EVENT/ANY OTHER ORGANISER which may include but are not limited to credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Card and American Express, loyalty programs, cash and other means of payment for the services and product.

8.Limits on Tickets purchases Per Customer

When purchasing tickets on Q-Tickets, you are limited to a maximum number of tickets per transaction. This is often a limit of 5 tickets unless otherwise specified by the event organizer and may be as low as 1 ticket per transaction. If you try to circumvent the Q-Tickets platforms to purchase more than 5 tickets the EVENT ORGANISER may at its discretion cancel additional bookings. This limitation has been designed to prevent unfair buying practices at popular events and make sure everyone gets a fair chance of attending the event.

However, Q-Tickets will hold the rights to clear more than 5 tickets where a detailed understanding of the requirement is established

9. Pricing and Ticket Availability

a) Q-Tickets sells tickets on behalf of EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISERS which means Q-Tickets does not determine the ticket prices, booking fees, postage and handling fees (if posted tickets are an option) or the seating selections.

b) Ticket inventory is the responsibility of the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER. Given inventory set by the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER, popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available in addition to inventory using Q-Tickets set by the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER, however the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER controls this inventory and its availability.

c) Q-Tickets reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Q-Tickets platform. Q-Tickets further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

d) You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges and fees like and not limited to per ticket internet handling fee, a non-refundable per order processing fee, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the Q-Tickets platform.

e) If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on the Q-Tickets platform or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then Q-Tickets will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of the Q-Tickets platform.

10. Credit card purchases and proof of identity

a) In most cases where you purchase your tickets using a credit card, in order to collect your tickets, you will be required to present the credit card, debit card, Loyalty card, any other medium used to purchase tickets and a picture identification, which must match each other and must match the name under which the booking was made.

b) All purchases are charged to your credit card, Debit card, Loyalty card and other medium used at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.

c) All transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if you do not turn up to collect your tickets.

11. Licensed venues and proof of identity

Q-Tickets sometimes sells tickets for events at licensed venues, and these venues require a valid driver's license, passport or proof of age to prove you are over 18 years of age. You may need to present this proof at the event venue to obtain admission.

Please check the censor warning before buying the tickets. For your convenience, please note that in accordance with the Qatari law, movie viewers must meet the minimum qualifying age to watch movies with the respective ratings as follows:

PG13 Parental Guidance - some material may be inappropriate for children under 13 years of age

PG15 Parental Guidance - some material may be inappropriate for children under 15 years of age

15+ Mature audiences aged 15 years and above only

18+ Mature audiences aged 18 years and above only.

12. Delivery of tickets

Through the Q-Tickets platform the EVENT ORGANISER may elect to offer one or more of the following delivery options for your ticket order. The proof of identity requirements set out in clauses 12 and 13 will apply regardless of the delivery of ticket method used.

a) By "email / e-ticket" option:

The Q-Tickets platform provides an opportunity for you to provide your email address and will attempt to deliver your e-ticket by email to that email address. If you do not receive your e-ticket then please contact Q-Tickets by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled event

b) By "at the door" option:

Tickets delivered through "at the door" delivery option are typically available one hour prior to the event start time at the location set by the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER.

c) Delivery of tickets are the responsibility of the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER, unless Q-Tickets has undertaken to provide this service to the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER. If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow at least 3 working days after your order is made to receive your tickets from the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER unless the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER has provided express delivery options. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of the event, please contact the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER via the phone number or email address supplied on the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER Q-Tickets event page or contact Q-Tickets at

c) Quick Purchases

I. With mobile phone bookings charges will be made to the credit card stored on your mosh file and it is your responsibility to ensure these credit card details are accurate and updated.

II. Do not set your quick purchase settings or purchase tickets with your parents or another person’s credit card unless you have their permission or have completed a credit card authorization form - as you will not be let into the event - even with a valid ticket.

13. Cancelled Events

a) Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff, audience or artist. When this occurs, the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.

b) If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER. To find out about the refund availability and process:

I. You will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or

II. You can review notices posted on the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER's website or contact the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER via the email address supplied on the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER's Q-Tickets listing.

c) If the event was moved or rescheduled, the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER may set refund limitations. Contact the EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER for exact instructions.

d) If a refund has been confirmed by Q-Tickets then the following refund method applies:

I. If you booked online or by phone using a credit card, Q-Tickets will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.

II. If you booked in an authorized Q-Tickets retail outlet, please return to the same outlet you purchased from to obtain a full refund within 90 days of the event cancellation. You will be asked to sign for your refund. If you are genuinely unable to return to the store for a refund, please contact Providing details of the event and point of purchase and any other information as reasonably required allowing Q-Tickets to arrange a refund. Note that any refunds conducted through this method will take significantly longer than refunds conducted through the retail outlet.

III. If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of the Q-Tickets platform, you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.

IV. Q-Tickets takes no responsibility for tickets not purchased through the Q-Tickets platform including web pages; call Centre, outlets and authorized retailers.

V. Events are subject to Force Majeure conditions.

VI. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Organizer. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

VII. No refund is applicable, if the event is cancelled or curtailed due to unforeseen circumstances after commencement of the event.

14. Exchanges and Refunds

Once the tickets are confirmed it is deemed as sold and as per the cinema regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it cannot be refunded replaced or cancelled or changed/transferred

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Policies set forth by EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISER will dictate the issuing of exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

15. Other terms

EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHERORGANISERS may reserve the right of:

1. Admission to events, latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break.

2. To change/withdraw advertised artists, programs or seating without notice.

EVENT/MOVIE/ANY OTHER ORGANISERS may also append the Q-Tickets terms and conditions and these additional terms are displayed and agreed to by the purchaser during the booking process.


Q-Tickets primary role is to provide event publishing, registration, ticketing, selling, promoting and related software and services in the space of offline ticketing, E-ticketing and M-Ticketing platform.

Q-Tickets recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our customers. For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, the word customer includes visitors to our web sites, subscribers to and users of our services, purchasers of our products and advertising customers. For the purposes of the Privacy Statement, the phrase 'EVENT ORGANISER' means the venue operators and/or promoter(s) of a particular event, movie, sports, cinema or any other activity.

1.Personal Information

We collect personal information when we provide our services to you. Generally we will tell you why we are collecting information when we collect it and how we plan to use it or these things will be obvious when we collect the information.

We may share your information with other companies, which are related to service spectrum, within Qatar. They or we may also use your personally identifiable information to assist us in improving our products and services and any of us might be in touch to let you know about goods, services, or promotions, which may interest you..

If you have registered a Q-Tickets account with us, we will hold your contact and billing details. Those details are primarily used to provide you with the ticketing services you have requested and to send you information about the Q-Tickets platform, any upgrades that become available, new developments and forthcoming features and to charge you for service fees in relation to tickets you have acquired through the Q-Tickets platform. If you have booked or registered for events that are listed by an EVENT ORGANISER using Q-Tickets and the Q-Tickets platform, we keep a record of your booking data to report to the EVENT ORGANISER. Your booking data will be provided to the event organizer if requested for their records and analysis. This booking data does not include your personal contact details which are only given to EVENT ORGANISERS if, at the time of purchase, you agree to receiving information and offers about future events directly from the Event Organizers. We will also keep a record of your billing information to allow you to make quick purchases by simply using an email address and password to login to your Q-Tickets account..

You can opt-out of receiving email campaigns from Q-Tickets and our partners either during the ticket purchase or registration process or by logging into your Q-Tickets profile at and unselecting the various options relating to weekly newsletters, special offers, and special offers from partners. Our partners include third party businesses we have entered into contracts with for marketing and client relationship purposes..

3.Use By Event Organizers.

If at the time of purchase you agreed to receive information and offers about future events directly from the venue operator and/or promoter(s) of the event, then we may provide your contact details to the EVENT ORGANISER for this purpose. Event Organizer may use these details to contact you with information and offers regarding future events and promotions. If you wish to change this choice you can contact us but it may be necessary to contact the EVENT ORGANISER directly if your contact details have already been provided to them. EVENT ORGANISERS will use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. If the EVENT ORGANISER contacts you and you wish to unsubscribe from this communication or have any questions regarding their privacy policy you should contact the EVENT ORGANISER directly.

All Q-Tickets accounts are managed online. You can use the link, which is at the bottom of every email to log in to your Q-Tickets account at All SMS messages are sent with an opportunity to reply and unsubscribe from future broadcasts in your expressed category of interest

4.Use by Third Parties

Q-Tickets may disclose your information to its service providers and contractors from time to time to help us to provide and market our goods and services to you. Examples of such third party service providers and contractors include call center operators, software contractors and email/SMS broadcast providers. We may also share your information with third parties who provide prizes for competitions or special offers.
