Filipino singer and songwriter Martin Nievera is often referred to in the Philippines as the ‘Concert King’. His songs cover a wide range of genres including OPM (original Pilipino music), pop, soft rock, show tune, mood music and traditional pop.
With a musical career spanning more than three decades, Nievera has garnered multiple awards including 18 platinum, five double platinum and one quadruple platinum albums. Among his greatest hits include “Each Day with You” (1994), “Be My Lady” (1994), “You Are To Me” (1994) and “You Are My Song”. While his popular Filipino songs include “Ikaw Ang Lahat Sakin” (1994) and “Kahit Isang Saglit” (1999). Nievera is also an actor and has appeared in 11 movies, and seven television series and specials. In 2018, Martin won as the Myx Magna Award in the Myx Music Awards, for contributing his achievements in music as a singer, performer and also being a talk show host and as a comedian.
